Nik was great! I thought my project was a simple job, it turned out it was a bit more challenging to get everything to get connected correctly and work. Nik stayed for 3 hours to get everything up and running, making sure it worked and explained everything to me so I could understand how to turn on the equipment properly after he left. He wanted to honor his orginal quote, despite the length of time and I insisted on giving him more.
