There were a lot of mishaps with this job (nobody's fault - just a string of bad luck), but Nick was awesome throughout. He went out of his way multiple times to get to me and work around my schedule, and pricing was fair. I will definitely use him for any computer issues in the future!

The tech spent the day working on setting up my internet connections and my computers. The next day I had problem connecting to the internet and I called him many times and finally he answered. The following day again we had issues with our internet and we texted and called him but he never answered. When I hire and pay someone to do a job I expect them to stand behind their job and at least communicate with me. Nick corrected the problem.
