Extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer custom solutions for my needs. Good response times and kept me informed if there were changes/delays based on waiting for product to ship. Went the extra steps to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

Update: am updating after very frustrating experience to complete the job. There was an outstanding item in my scope of working that I paid for but needed to be completed after the original install. The owner will not return phone calls (left 3 messages) , return texts (sent 4) or emails. They have equipment that I paid for and and a job that still isn't completed 2 months later.

I specifically gave him instructions to hide wires he told me he had to cut another hole in the wall and that wasn't true. I asked him could he come back to fix it he said I had to pay him 30 more dollars on top of the 100.00 dollars I paid for an unprofessional install. This was not my first time using thumb tack and I had a great experience with the others this job was TERRIBLE!!!
