FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it is important for me stress matters of yardage, time, quality and expectations. Often times, individuals would like to have a piece reupholstered but may not know if the piece is worth it. I do my best to inspect each piece of furniture, before and after to ensure the customer understands, what needs to be replaced, what is okay to stay and alternative solutions if all else fails.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire an upholsterer ask them specifically if they have worked with your fabric choice as well as the piece of furniture you desire to have reupholstered. Some fabrics do not stretch or mend well to certain corners and/or shapes.
