- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can fluctuate based on project and additional equipment needed. Every project regardless of price will be completed to 100% satisfaction! I like to build new clientele and relationships, so if something isn't in your budget, let me know and we can work it out ! Discounts are available ! (Written reviews, recommendations etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Vision. I would love to know your vision for your project. Whether you don't know, or have a general idea, I would like to discuss that first. 2. Budget. This helps determine what all can be brought along for the production process. Quality is going to be satisfactory regardless, but budget helps determine the limits of the shoot. 3. Phone Call. We can speak briefly about details on what the venue looks like, how fast i can have the project delivered, location etc. 4. Deposit/Project. Depositing helps secure a spot for the day no longer gets booked. And finally what you are initially inquiring about, the Project! Since all the pre production is now over, you have nothing to worry about. Sit back and enjoy the product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my own videography company in 2018 and have since built relationships with various companies and trusted individuals. Became a contractor with Georgia St athletics, as well as worked with the video team at University of South Carolina.
