What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical packages, which we call "Business Stories" and "Testimonial Stories" are $2500. This is for a full day shoot, at up to two locations, with up to 3 interviews. The finished video is typically 2-4 minutes long.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We find out about the company, company history, company culture, etc. 2) we ask for pictures of the filming location, or if budget allows for it, we do a location scout. 3) We'll send over the questions to the interviewees so they can take a look at them before the filming date. 4) We'll film the interviews and the b-roll at the locations, typically doing the interviews first. 5) We'll edit the video with a song choice and ask for feedback form the client. This is usually within two weeks of the filming date. 6) We'll finalize the edit can give the client the master file after they have approved it. This is usually three to four weeks after the filming date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Film Production from Webster University. I have been doing professional video work for over 16 years.
