What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing depending on the needs of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the vision and scope of work preferably by phone or Zoom. Then I send an estimate based on that discussion. Once approved, I send the full contract for e-signature. For new customers we require 50% to reserve the shoot, and the remaining amount upon delivery.
