Bernard was very professional from beginning to end for his water restoration services. He took the time to walk us through the home with the help of photos and facilitated restoring a home while we were out of state. He also was able to negotiate very fair prices on material and gave us multiple approaches in not only solving the problem but also preventing it from happening again. Last week with all the rain from Helene my basement was completely flooded. Bernard came out and assessed and provided me a decent price and had all the water extracted and he left fans and a dehumidifier for a few days then came back to treat with something to prevent mold. Him and his workers were very professional and would definitely recommend.
