Shane is kind and patient and SO knowledgeable about water systems. He went above and beyond in explaining other ways to enjoy clean water and live our healthiest - we are ordering a filtration system for our shower because he showed us the level of chlorine in our city water. He drilled a hole in our granite counter perfectly - there's NO WAY we could have installed this system without his help. When we upgrade to a reverse osmosis system, we will absolutely be calling him again.
