I can’t say enough about Mike and his team!! He is so wonderful to work with and will make sure that you are 100% pleased with his work. Mike is extremely fair on price and will go above and beyond to ensure that you satisfied. Having water issues in your home can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but Mike is very down to earth and easy to talk to, so he makes you feel at ease. He’s extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done. Mike and his team did a great job waterproofing our foundation and installing a French drain on the side of our townhouse. He also stopped by a few times after the installation to check on some other water related concerns. Mike and his team did a phenomenal job waterproofing our basement. Customer service was exceptional from the very first meeting until the job was complete. I had several companies come do quotes and Mike won me over by being what I felt was extremely upfront and honest. I felt like I was working on the project and decisions with Mike as opposed to just being sold services as others companies did. Everything was explained thoroughly from beginning to end. We've already had stuff in our unfinished basement and the care his team took by ensuring every nook and cranny was covered and protected was outstanding. They were respectful of the place and when they left, honestly, the area looked better than when they started. I already have future projects for Desert Waterproofing and I'll recommend them to any of my friends or family who require this service.
