Collajj African Rhythm & Dance

I am a creative movement dance professional with an emphasis on dance as a healing and rejuvenating art. I have taught, choreographed and performed traditional and contemporary African dance in America and Africa for 30 years. In my classes, you will learn the history, culture and purpose of a variety of traditional African dances. Classes are taught to recorded or live traditional and contemporary African rhythms and songs. As a student, you will have fun while building lean muscle, growing more flexible, and heightening your stamina and energy levels for improved health and happiness!
