- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Every job starts with a free estimate based on your home or building size, scope of work, and access. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons once we quote it. We do offer bundle discounts when you combine services (like windows + gutters + house wash), and we provide special pricing for repeat customers and customers that purchase one of our maintenance plans. For larger or commercial projects, pricing is customized so you’re only paying for what you actually need. Our goal is fair, upfront pricing with high-quality results every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and easy. First, you reach out and tell us a little about your home or property and what services you’re looking for. From there, we provide a free estimate. In many cases we can quote remotely using photos or satellite imagery. For larger or commercial jobs, we’ll schedule a quick on-site walkthrough. Once you approve the quote, we get you on the schedule at a time that works for you. On service day, our team shows up on time, walks the property with you if needed, completes the work, and does a final quality check before wrapping up. Afterward, we make sure you’re happy with everything and discuss ongoing maintenance options if it makes sense (like quarterly or biannual cleanings). Clear communication, professional service, and zero hassle from start to finish. That’s the goal every time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter services, and specialty surfaces. Every technician goes through hands-on onboarding and safety training before working on customer properties. This includes proper equipment use, ladder and fall safety, surface-specific cleaning methods, and best practices for protecting landscaping, windows, and exterior finishes. We also stay up to date on industry techniques and equipment so we can deliver consistent, high-quality results across everything from single-family homes to large commercial buildings. Most importantly, we focus on doing things the right way, not the fast way, so your property is treated with care every step of the process.
