Great interaction with Wallaby windows!!! I was in the market for replacing 4 windows and over time got 5 estimates. Didnt end doing the windows, but did want to take the time to give a review!! From the estimate, to the windows, to just overall experience wallaby windows made my top 2 list of window companies to use. Like I said earlier, we had 5 estimates and experienced a range of different personalities and sales techniques. Davids approach and professionalism stood out and passed the vibe check which was real factor as some sales pitches were pushy, manipulative, or just a little suspect. When we do decided to move forward with our windows we will definitely be reaching back out to wallaby windows!!

Selecting new exterior doors can be several challenging decisions in one, but working with the Wallaby guys made the task much more manageable for me. Owner David and operations manager Rob are knowledgeable on the products and the process. During the initial consultation that we scheduled at the property, they went into detail on all the different brands that they carry and the options that I would have. I liked that they were specific in recommendations for my property, which is so much better than working through a big-box associate who will never see the job site. They took time to answer questions and were very good about following up with me afterwards on specific information that I needed before making a decision. It was a long process, and David checked in with me regularly and answered my questions thoroughly. There were no 'must act now' gimmicks. They made sure I was informed at every step, and happy with the selections that I made. I had expected this process to be a chore, but enjoyed the experience I had with Wallaby.

We give a straightforward, on the spot quote. We are offering 10% discount for any first time customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for our customer to give a free estimate and inspection of the windows/doors. We guide you through the process of selecting the best options for your home and we communicate every step of the ordering and installation process to come. Install is typically 1-2 days. We stand behind our work by giving a 2 year labor warranty and products are double lifetime warrantied (transfers to next homeowner). We give a complimentary 23 month inspection to make sure your windows are still operating properly.
