- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we provide personalized estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. We offer free estimates for most projects and strive to provide high-quality workmanship at competitive rates. For larger projects or multiple services completed at the same visit, we may offer package pricing or discounts. Our goal is to deliver excellent value by combining quality work, reliability, and professional service at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins by learning about the customer’s needs and goals for the project. After the initial contact, I discuss the details, answer any questions, and schedule an on-site visit or request photos when appropriate to provide an accurate estimate. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the work at a convenient time. Throughout the project, I maintain clear communication, keep the work area as clean as possible, and ensure the job is completed to a high standard. Before finishing, I review the completed work with the customer to make sure they are fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has gained extensive training through years of hands-on experience in home improvement, remodeling, and residential maintenance. We have worked on a wide range of projects involving door and window installation, painting, drywall repair, trim work, flooring, cabinet installation, and general property improvements. In addition to practical field experience, we stay up to date with industry standards, proper installation methods, safety practices, and the latest materials and techniques.
