Sessions are fully customizable to your specific needs, desires & goals. ~ Yoga session (In-person or Online): I tend to blend various forms of Yoga & focus on strengthening, lengthening & proper alignment, with a general theme of Energy/Chakra Awareness. ~ Hands-on Stretch Therapy session (In-person): This practice is comparable to Thai Yoga techniques. It allows your body to be passive rather than active while receiving a great stretch. ~ Reiki Energy Healing session (In-person or Online): Energy will be given to the Chakras as well as specific parts of the body. The energy will flow exactly where it needs to go. I can optionally incorporate crystals, incense, candles, tuning forks, sound bowl, aromatherapy & soothing music/beats for a totally relaxing experience. ~ Meditation session (In-person, Online or via Phone Call): Customizable guided meditation just for you. We can discuss any ideas you may have for the vibe or theme. ~ Hypnosis session or series of 3-5 sessions (In-person, Online or via Phone Call): Rewrite subconscious thought patterns & behaviours that are holding you back. Your first session will last around 60 minutes including an approx. 20-minute interview to discuss your goals/what it is you're looking to improve upon. ○○○ Brief Backstory: In 2019, curious to deep dive into the root & core of what Yoga truly is, I journeyed to Rishikesh & Varanasi, India to become a 300-hour RYT & Reiki Level II. In 2024, to further my skills as a Healing Practitioner, I became a certified Hypnotherapist in Devon, England. My training is accredited by the GHSC (General Hypnotherapy Standards Council UK). ○○○
