I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Karen at Release Your Light Yoga. I come from a gentle-flow yoga background, so I enjoyed the challenge and mindy/body/spirit benefits from Karen's Ashtanga flow. She does an amazing job creating an engaging and refreshing vinyasa that pairs beautifully with an incredible playlist! I felt recharged and uplifted post-class. Will definitely come back again!
