Hello, I am Cari and passionate about sharing how to feel healthier and happier through yoga, meditation, and wellness tips. Currently, I teach private corporate yoga, private yoga events, and have an online membership. I will teach a class that is designed for your group and everyone will feel calmer, clearer, and will be more productive. Fun Facts: I am a mom, an actress, love making videos, living a natural lifestyle, cooking healthy meals, and using essential oils! I know first-hand how healing movement, yoga, and meditation can be and I am honored to share that with you. I am a breast cancer survivor and yoga and meditation were both a huge part in my healing process. I am looking forward to connecting with you so we can get our YogaOn! Cari was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and patient as I worked out the details of the private session. She led a yoga session focused on relaxation and stretching that was perfect for our small group. We all felt incredibly refreshed and ready for the day after our morning yoga session.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will set up a package depending on your goals and how often you want to practice yoga.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chat before our first session on your goals and after our first yoga session I can write a program for you. We can use Facetime/Skype/Zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught over 1500 hours of yoga and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training along with an additional Yoga for Cancer training. My certificate is in my photos. My training never stops, & I am constantly learning.
