May 26-May 27 2026 I am VERY disappointed with the service I received from this company. I requested a total of 6 fans be installed. I was told the technician by the name of Drew would arrive at 1600 and he arrived at 1645. Once Drew showed up, he didn’t even have a ladder. He asked me if I had a ladder (prior to coming out) and I told him I did but was unsure if it was tall enough due the height of my ceilings. Drew showed up unprepared for the job and unknowingly if the height of my ladder would be tall enough. Luckily, it was. How does a company that installs ceiling fans/light fixtures not have a ladder? But I digress. I also felt that due to the quantity of fans I requested installation for, there should have been more than one technician. After 6 hours, only 2 fans had been installed and the third fan was partially installed. Drew arrived the next day (also not on time) to install the others which also took 6 hours. The nail in the coffin was that Drew broke the fan blade of one of the fans. This particular fan was a 60 inch fan and was $250. This fan was originally placed on the first installation day but he needed to tighten it since it shook a bit on the highest setting. As you can imagine, I was very upset but I understand mistakes happen. By this time, Lowe’s had closed. It was late and Drew stated he had a job the following day (May 28) 2 hours away but that he would meet me at 0600 when Lowe’s opened before he headed to the job and complete the install. We agreed that if Lowe’s wouldn’t accept the fan back, he would reimburse me for the cost of the fan. Drew contacted me at May 28 at 0536 asking if I was up and that he was on his way to Lowe’s. I arrived at Lowe’s at 0604 and he wasn’t there. After waiting a little, I text as well as called Drew. At 0630, after having attempted to call multiple times, I realized he wasn’t going to show up. Not only do I have to get a replacement fan, I know have to pay additional for another install. These days, it is difficult to find people that will follow up with you regarding a service requests. It’s even more difficult to find people that are timely, HONEST and professional. You get what you pay for.
