- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimate is free wirhin a 25 mile radius of our location the price usuallyincludes labor and material we ask for a down payment 50 percent . To cover material and operations .We also can price with a flat rate or an hourly rate for each man $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per man on job less otherwise stated . Ther will be additional charges if you get us to pickup material and or have us haul debris from jobs that are paid on a hourly rate less otherwise stated .we offer a 10 percent discount on our labor for all active and non active military and senior citizens . Does not apply to Material / dump fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set appointment to get a visual and discuss what exactly the project is and go over it with the customer in detail then if both parties agree we will email or text a fully explained contract the same details we both agreed to. Also we will contact them when we send the the contract or estimateto make sure they received it we try to make it as easy as possibleif there are any questionswhat so ever we ask our customers do not hesitate to ask . We treat our customers like we would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot . With professionalism and integrity.
