The guys were very professional and got to work as soon as they showed up. They took special care to crate each piece of slate and wrapped the wood with blankets. They even loaded the pool table onto the waiting U-Haul which had to be parked on the street due to the large moving truck blocking the driveway.

I ordered a Marcy Smith machine and was going to put it together myself. It didn't go as plan as I started opening the boxes I was overwhelmed by how it was just in pieces. These guys came in and took over, it was a blessing in the sky!

I would have clicked all of the above. I had to get a treadmill that had been delivered and left in my garage (better than our driveway in pouring rain) and needed it unpacked, moved and put together. The lady who I spoke with to arrange this was great and the two men were on time, courteous and put it all together. They also traveled over 90 miles from Augusta to Greensboro, so no complaints and would use them again if needed and also recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on where you are moving and in what state. All movers have a tariff they must follow.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out where moving to and from, how many bedroom home it is, if they have anything extremely heavy like a pool table, piano or safe, find out if there are flights of stairs involved. We then determine if they need an in home estimate or an over the phone estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been in the business for many years, some date back to 1980. We all had on the job training. We are forever learning new processes of moving items with the way technology is evolving.
