I have been training with Rob for about three weeks now and during that time my point of view on physical training has changed. I actually like going to go workout. Rob has a calm, peaceful demeanor that makes his company pleasant. He makes you want to work hard! He explains the movements you are doing and what muscles you are using. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a solid persona trainer.
