- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to do a free inspection/evaluation of the entire roof system. If going through the homeowner's insurance is an option, we assist in that process from start to finish. If an estimate is needed for repairs or replacement, we will provide that in person, same day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get multiple estimates if you are paying for your roof out of pocket and find a contractor you trust to review all estimates so you can compare apples to apples. Many contractors overbid with the expectation that they are the only person the homeowner is going to get an estimate from. If your insurance carrier is paying for the roof, they set the price, so the products and professionalism of the contractor you choose is far more important than price, as long as the contractor you are working with will abide by the insurance pricing that is set.
