Introduction: I am a Transformational Strategy Life Coach Counselor. My company helps clients get past the roadblocks in life. We teach cognitive restructuring and practical applications to achieve success in every area of life.. We specialize in areas of personal growth, leadership skills, spiritual growth, relationships, domestic abuse, sexuality, depression/ anxiety, grief and marriage enrichment.
We also offer group training sessions for Women, Leadership (churches, schools, companies) and Youth Group trainings

Tara is definitely the person to go to if you are confused about your direction with your desires and goals. She guides you to implement effective strategies that get you to point A to point B.

My base price is $75 -85 hourly but I offer a discount for 3 or more contracted sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have all clients complete a new client questionnaire. This helps me gain knowledge and background information to better serve my clients.
