- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, but if a job doesn't have enough square footage the price will be based off of time on a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a customer is to come out and take measurements of the work needed, everything is done through email. After discussing the details about the project and agreeing on a price I require a 25% deposit to secure a start date. Then I will right up a contract, we would then review it and I would then collect a deposit of 25% of the total cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the trade from my dad, I started learning when I was about 13 years old. I left home at 19 years old moved out of state and started working for a huge tile company, that's when I started learning about commercial work. I also install laminate flooring.
