- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remote assist is $15 per every 15 minutes. Minimum cost is $30.00. Payment is through paypal or the cash app from your Android phone. Payment is expected before service starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remote assist does require a good Internet connection. This is the very important. It takes patience and a willingness for the customer to assist.

I am certified in computer and networking repair through Comptia.com. I have over 20 years in the computer industry.
