- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have packages that will work for most budgets! Or pay by the session as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I believe in building and shaping the body while conditioning it at the same time. So after an initial assessment to see where you are at physically, I will then come up with a program that uses techniques ranging from balance, to flexibility, strength, resistance, and cardio. Depending on your level of activity, my cardio will range from no impact for those who are less conditioned to high impact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.(NASM), certified nutrition coach, CPR/AED certified as well as having a certification through Healthways for the FLEX program.
