- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first day I assess the dog's behavior and meet the owners without charge. I normally prefer to see triggers/issues in person but videos are just as good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentorship and paid assistance with another trainer in my area, studying multitudes of books and videos on becoming a dog trainer, training neighbors dogs without charge
