Which led me to becoming a Super/Resident Manager of my own building. All the while running a small Handyman/Home Improvement business at the same time since 2014. Chris Mojica came today to hang some artwork for me. He was very good at communicating via text to help set up a time to come to my home. When he arrived he had all the tools he needed to do the jobs I had requested, he was very meticulous in covering my floors and/or furniture and he did a great job hanging my artwork - especially considering the fact that I live in an older home where things are definitely not level. He even fixed a door that I have struggled for a long with locking and unlocking. In a matter of minutes he had it working so smoothly. I love it! I will definitely call on Chris again if I am in need of his skills. I trust him to do a good job and would highly recommend him.
