- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my quality! I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with something I will come back out and make sure it meets both of our standards!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask how many square feet their house is and how many bedrooms/bathrooms they have. Communication is a huge part of what I do. I personally like to ask everyone exactly what it is they are wanting done. Every house is different and I don’t believe in offering basic packages, I prefer to ask exactly what it is you are wanting done and I offer suggestions to focus exactly on what it is you want done.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper is not always better! Your home is exactly that, a home. Having a clean house has been proven to improve mood and mental health. You should be able to come home from work and relax instead of worrying about housework.
