We cannot rate Kevin and his team highly enough for the complete siding and deck replacement. He transformed my house, it looks pretty again! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I normally show up on time. I briefly speak with my customer to try and get a feel for what they are really looking for. I then climb on the roof so that I can measure and get an accurate assessment of what is needed. I typically will take some photos of problems so that I can show how the same problems can be prevented in the future. I then get my quote together while on site. Once I come back inside my customer's house I sit with them and go over the quote in detail and show pictures of what they can expect their project to turn out like. I answer any questions and then I'm on my way. I never pressure anyone and I am always professional.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?My advice would be do not believe that all Companies provide the same level of Workmanship. Pay attention to the details in the proposals that you receive and ask lots of questions. Always make sure that the company that you hire has General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. Ask for references and photos of completed work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I wish my potential customers were able to see what I have seen throughout my career. I wish they could see the poor workmanship that I see day in and day out. I also wish my customers really understood the superior quality of the work we provide. If my potential customers could see these things, they would all hire Nailed It Roofing & Restoration to do their Job.
