When I met Kevin Creek from the first day he was one of the most professional and informative contractors that I had met to date. Without hesitation, he assessed a water leak that I had discovered under a stairwell in my home. His experience and willingness led to a quick photographic review of my entire roof, high pitched and not easily traversed. In a short amount of time he determined the downstairs leak was coming from several roofing issues that were beyond my view from the ground. He took the time to sit down and review with me the real condition of my roofing status all with a photo assessment to validate. We discussed options and materials then went to work on what it would take to remediate the roof. His experience led me to choose him to complete the replacement. It included the addition of automated several skylights, and the addition of a steel roofing change to the front porch section of my home. He is honest. He returns calls within the same day. At no time did he try to " up-sale" but he was available as a knowledgable "frontline" consultant to assist in guiding me. Our roof is stunning and the talk of the street. The overall street appeal and the quality of material is stunning. His crew and Kevin we're present. Their attention to keeping the worksite exceptionally clean was greater than expected. His follow-up to check on our satisfaction outpaced that of any type of contractor that I have ever hired. In short, EXCELLENT! Far exceeded expectations in far too many categories to list. Would definitely re-hire Kevin Creek and Nailed it Roofing and Restoration for any roof assessment and replacement. Absolutely one of the best of Atlanta.Jan 6, 2018

Q & A
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I normally show up on time. I briefly speak with my customer to try and get a feel for what they are really looking for. I then climb on the roof so that I can measure and get an accurate assessment of what is needed. I typically will take some photos of problems so that I can show how the same problems can be prevented in the future. I then get my quote together while on site. Once I come back inside my customer's house I sit with them and go over the quote in detail and show pictures of what they can expect their project to turn out like. I answer any questions and then I'm on my way. I never pressure anyone and I am always professional.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?My advice would be do not believe that all Companies provide the same level of Workmanship. Pay attention to the details in the proposals that you receive and ask lots of questions. Always make sure that the company that you hire has General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. Ask for references and photos of completed work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I wish my potential customers were able to see what I have seen throughout my career. I wish they could see the poor workmanship that I see day in and day out. I also wish my customers really understood the superior quality of the work we provide. If my potential customers could see these things, they would all hire Nailed It Roofing & Restoration to do their Job.
