Greg had a significant challenge replacing the switch on our jacuzzi motor. It was very difficult access but he stuck with it. I think anyone else would have given up. He has a very gentle manner and clearly has a great deal of experience. Most plumbers are very expensive. Given how difficult the job was his fee was very fair. He was the only one who responded to my Thumbtack request. I will recommend him to anyone I know.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer and address the plumbing concern they are having. Occasionally have them ******** pictures, so I can possibly give a quote over the phone Schedule an appointment , ( same day in most cases) and after I diagnose the problem. I go over their options and pricing. I believe in upfront pricing and not selling the customer something they dont need ..I keep the customer informed along the way.
