What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer and address the plumbing concern they are having. Occasionally have them ******** pictures, so I can possibly give a quote over the phone Schedule an appointment , ( same day in most cases) and after I diagnose the problem. I go over their options and pricing. I believe in upfront pricing and not selling the customer something they dont need ..I keep the customer informed along the way.

I am a certified Lowe's for pro's contractor with 23 years experience. I am licensed and insured..I am also certified in gas pipe installation and tankless water heater installation ..
