I had a wonderful experience with Pure Plumbing and highly recommend their services. I reached out for an estimate and initial consultation and Daniel responded within 12 hours. He had availability for the same day, so I sent up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Daniel reached out because an earlier time opened up and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Daniel and his work partner were professional, friendly and honest. After they did they initial inspection, they showed me the exact issue and discussed the scope of work needed. I had a rooted pipe that needed to be replaced. I feel like they gave me a fair price. My follow up appointment was a week later. They showed up on time and were kind and professional again. When they had finished digging the trench and installed the new pipe, I went outside to check it out. They explained exactly why it had fail. The original horizontal pipe was installed will rubber connectors, which should only be used with vertical pipes. When it was filled with water the weight lower the next pipe at the connection and made the opening significantly smaller, thus causes my back up. Once thet were done they showed me the finished pipe before burying it and showed me the where it entered the sewer. They buried up the pipe and left it leveled with no disturbed soil. They asked me to turn on the water to my tub for a few minutes and see if the water was slow to drain. It drained immediately and quickly. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and will definitely reach out if I ever need a plumber again.
