We had an incredible experience with Jus Cooling! Our heat was acting up, so I sent a message and he came out same day. The price was totally reasonable and he was able to have our heat on in less than an hour. I would absolutely recommend him!

Chris with Jus Cooling LLC provided excellent service and demonstrated strong communication, professionalism, and knowledge throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain the equipment, identify the issues, and clearly walk me through what needed to be addressed, which I truly appreciated. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer questions made the experience very positive overall. One suggestion for future improvement would be to provide customers with a cost estimate before beginning any repair work. While I acknowledge that I did not request pricing beforehand, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the repairs would be close to $1,000. Had I known the cost upfront, I likely would have scheduled the repair for late winter or early spring instead of proceeding immediately, especially since the unit was not currently cooling the home but was being inspected due to recurring issues prior to the end of summer. That said, I am satisfied with the quality of service, and I would recommend Jus Cooling LLC to others. Chris delivered professional and knowledgeable support, and overall the experience was a positive one.

Called first thing came right out. Fixed the problem was very professional. Explained everything about having an older unit and made suggestions that were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Just Cooling came through in the clutch and got my heating system up and running for one of my tenants. I appreciate that he was responsive and was able to complete the repair request the same day. He was prepared with extra parts to ensure that my tenants did not have to sleep in a cold house.
