Great Job,
A customer called me to let me know that Michael Cooper went above and beyond to repair his issue. First ServIT worked on it for a couple of hours without resolve, then Thomas M. worked on it for a couple more without resolve.
Michael received a second ticket on the same issue and resolved it within 15 minutes. Great Job! Keep up the good work!
