OMNI Handy Services Non-Refundable Policy Effective Date: April 4, 2023 Thank you for choosing OMNI Handy Services for your service needs. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. To maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented a non-refundable policy. Please read the following policy carefully: 1. Non-Refundable Services: All services provided by OMNI Handy Services are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following situations: a. Customer cancellation: If the customer decides to cancel the service for any reason, including changes in plans, personal preferences, or any other circumstances, the payment made for the service will not be refunded. b. Service completion: Once the service is completed by our handyman, the payment made for the service is considered non-refundable, regardless of the customer's satisfaction with the outcome. c. Service rescheduling: If the customer requests a rescheduling of the service appointment, the payment made for the original appointment remains non-refundable. However, OMNI Handy Services will make efforts to accommodate the customer's request for a new appointment, subject to availability. 2. Exceptions: a. Non-performance by OMNI Handy Services: In the event that OMNI Handy Services fails to perform the requested service due to reasons within our control, such as unavailability of a handyman or technical difficulties, the customer will be entitled to reschedule the service or receive a credit for the amount paid to be used towards a future service. b. Warranty claims: If there are issues with the service provided by OMNI Handy Services within the warranty period, as specified in our warranty policy, the customer may be eligible for repairs or adjustments as outlined in the warranty terms. 3. Payment: a. Full payment is required at the time of booking the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. Once the payment is received, it becomes non-refundable as per this policy. 4. Service Guarantee: a. While refunds are not provided, we strive for customer satisfaction. If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage them to contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns or issues. 5. Modifications to the Non-Refundable Policy: a. OMNI Handy Services reserves the right to modify or amend this non-refundable policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or notifying customers through other means. By booking a service with OMNI Handy Services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this non-refundable policy. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as I can to help bridge the gap between the customer and their goals. I also try to be as transparent as possible about the whole process so that they can make the best and most informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained majority of my education through paid experience and from working with various contractors amongst different trades. I also have personally invested time into viewing and learning new materials and techniques and problems to solve.
