- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum of $85.00 for the first hour. $125 for the first 2 hours. Than it changes depending on what kind of work I am doing. We also always over deliver for example: I always check the door seals / weather stipping to make sure there is a tight seal all the way around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not much different than when I work with my regular customers I always am honest, up front and make sure they know all the options and the best ones to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry all my life. Having over 40 years of hands on experience has been really the best training that a person can have. In Fact a lot of what I see being done causes some of the issues that I have to repair.
