A literal Godsend. Responded in minutes, came out within an hour on a Sunday night, diagnosed the problem and got our hot water back up and running in 48 hours. Being pregnant and taking cold showers even for 2 days was awful. So polite and kind, easy to work with, explained everything, sent out estimates before doing anything so we knew the price. Will absolutely be recommending!
