SuayLeel LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish! The entire process was seamless, and the team took extra care to protect all my furniture by wrapping everything securely. Hired as a gift for packing only.
The good: items well packaged and worked us in same day at the last minute.
The bad: They were almost an hour late and didn’t communicate the lateness until I contacted them a little after the time they said they would be there. I missed an appointment.
The home owner felt like 2 men should have been able to pack more than kitchen cabinets and some of a bathroom in 4 hours.
If you’re expecting a team of 2 to show up “looking” professional - these aren’t your guys.
The very bad: They admitted to overcharging me, have not given a refund, and stopped responding to messages.
I asked for the price. I was quoted an hourly fee and supplies.
The bill came and there was a service fee and taxes that I was later told they don’t charge.
The service fee made me not want to tip, but I still tipped…. the lowest suggested amount.
