As a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, my culinary foundation is not only based on exceptional food but also proper execution of service. Our goal is always focused on not only providing delicious food but a relaxing pampered environment. I have spent 30 years searching for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. My travels have taken me to 13 states, various food industry companies, owning 5 restaurants and 1 catering company. Alas until recently I had come to the conclusion those little leprechauns are just to fast. As for the pot of gold, I now realize I have been picking up pieces of gold all along the way. I am the pot of gold and the realization is wonderful. The time for owning restaurants is over. I am now at a point in my life I can do what I truly love - creating menus and cooking for a few people at a time. I eagerly look forward to using my vast cooking experience to create a magical night for you and your guests.

I asked Chef Jeff to prepare a meal for my family for Easter Sunday. He not only agreed to do it on short notice, but also delivered promptly as promised. We ordered: chicken breast stuffed with cornbread smothered in Marsala mushroom sauce, vegetables, a beautiful salad, sugar free apple pie, ice cream, and dinner rolls. He also provided condiments and serving ware. I wish I could share all of the wonderful things my husband and kids said, but in summary, "SPECTACULAR!" was the overall sentiment. My husband loved the chicken breasts stuffed with cornbread. He said it was moist and seasoned very nicely. My sons loved the chicken and roasted vegetables and my daughter loved the rolls. We all enjoyed the special dessert--apple pie (and I didn't tell them it was sugar-free!) with ice cream. What I loved best was that Chef Jeff delivered this wonderful meal to my home with his daughter, and the portion size was enough for me to enjoy leftovers all week! It has been a blessing since I'm not supposed to cook for health reasons. Leftovers get better and better each day; I can't wait for lunch. Thanks Chef Jeff! I love the tulips--they are still brightening my kitchen. I'll definitely be calling again for your much-needed, much-loved chef service! Jeff prepared an amazing meal for my family as we celebrated Mother's Day. He worked with me to create a custom menu, was clear about the costs and logistics, arrived on-time and every detail was addressed perfectly. Chef Jeff did a remarkable job recreating the menu from the film The Big Night. Then to add his touch to it, was an added bonus. His staff was great... beyond helpful. This surprise party could not have gone off smoother, well maybe if my wife would have showed up on time. :)
