Every time I visit, I automatically feel at home. The workouts are intense but that’s a good thing! We need something to challenge us in order to reach our goals & when I work out at Control Fitness I get just that and I get a chance to enjoy some of their great products as well! My favorite so far has been the tumeric tea! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable I went to her with back problems and thinking I could never squat again. She made some changes to my leg placements as well some key stretches now I can squat without pain. Highly recommend if you have any type of pain or movement issues

I love our workouts in person and online.. In person training is very great for learning the correct way of exercising through trial and error which is always a plus .. And online was also effective to workout because she is just a chat away and very responsive and the demos helped a lot with getting the movement right!!
