Blue River has been managing my property for nearly 3 yrs and I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and compassion displayed by Kevin and his staff. He has kept my units at essentially 100% occupancy since assuming the management responsibilities. He is extremely available and is quick to respond to any maintenance issues and provides timely communications via his owner's portal. I can't say enough good things about BRPM!

Kevin always takes care of items immediately (from painting, dishwashers, tenant complaints, evictions, any issues that arise) at my rental property in Cartersville with exemplary service, professionalism, and personal care. I live out of state and I couldn't maintain and keep the property without his help. He treats my property as if it was his property.
