I was a bit iffy to go through the process because there is no social interaction. Also, the business we are getting into may be a little complicated. We felt a little discouraged, but Vlad encouraged us that we can do it. Vlad did a great job with researching and he now understands us and what we are trying to do. We're not done working with Vlad and so far everything is an A++!! Totally recommend!
