Thank you for the feedback. I would like to clarify a few important points for future customers reading this review. Before the project began, the customer sent a list containing more than 50 requested items, and I clearly explained in writing which items I would and would not handle based on my actual scope of work and experience. I also specifically stated beforehand that the chandelier installation would depend on the ceiling height once evaluated on site. After arriving, it became clear that the chandelier was located in an approximately 20-foot-high area requiring large scaffolding and work significantly outside the scope of a standard fixture installation and outside the standard height range listed on my profile. That is when the pricing discussion changed. Up until that point, the customer was satisfied with the work performed and even asked me to continue working additional time on the project. Regarding scheduling, I also clearly communicated beforehand that I would arrive between 8–9 AM and would need to leave around 4 PM. That still represented approximately 7 hours of continuous work on site each day, without breaks, and this was communicated before the project began. I also agreed to a discounted daily rate based on the understanding that this would be a two-day project, which the customer had confirmed in advance regardless of the final task list adjustments. Unfortunately, the project was canceled midway through the second day after the pricing discussion regarding the undisclosed high-ceiling chandelier installation, and the agreed second day payment was never completed. I always try to be transparent about scope, limitations, scheduling, and pricing both before and during a project so customers can make informed decisions.
