I received a quote from Devane and he gave me a quote of 300 if replacement needed. I received a lower quote from Penny Lane and decided to go with them. That was a huge error on my part. Not only did Penny Lane did not do a true assessment or attempt repair, he called the police because he “felt”we would not pay him. How he came to that determination was beyond my comprehension. I paid the 75 as I told him I would do after my meeting. I then IMMEDIATELY called Devane and told him he was absolutely right and if he could squeeze us in. He came around 4pm, did a true assessment and I asked him to replace the garbage disposal…simply because of his trustworthy response from the beginning of our search. I truly appreciate your service DeVane and ALL of my plumbing needs will be through his company. Penny Lane was reprehensible and not looking to service this customer. Lesson learned and thank you for fantastic service Devane

Keith has done a lot of different plumbing jobs in our home and we could not be more pleased.
