FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At War Design Co we offer a range of services that vary in scope and costs. For this reason we cannot give you a flat rate of what your project may cost until after we obtain the information of your project scope. We do make an effort to work within your budget if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we schedule a discovery call where we introduce each other and obtain the basic scope of the project. We will take this information and create a preliminary quote. If this information is not ready at the time for the discovery call then we will schedule a consultation call and obtain the information at that time. Along with the quote we will send a client agreement to project both parties during the project and will need to be received prior to project start. In addition require a retainer up to 50% of the project quote prior to starting the project. For larger projects we pay require incremental payouts a specified points in the project to keep the project on schedule. This will be described in the quote prior to start. Though a timeline may be given in the quote it is not guaranteed and can vary depending on design changes, client communication and other factors outside the client's and designer's control. Final product will be received once final payment has been received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of formal education in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design. Over ten years of experience in designing residential and commercial projects (custom, drafting and modeling) and three years experience in design consultation.
