We just had such an amazing and great experience with our carpet cleaning! From the initial phone call to make the appt, to the completion of the appointment was so much more than we expected. Will was the technician who came out, and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, kind, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. He worked quickly but with so much attention to detail. He was very thorough and the difference in our carpets was unbelievable. They look brand new, smell fresh, and the whole house feels so much cleaner. Will went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. He has such a pleasant spirit.
