- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum, including a $25 service charge, is $100. For residential carpets, we price by the room. The price is $50/room. But this price goes down if you do more than 2 rooms. (For commercial carpets, please message us, as our prices vary.) Sofas are normally $120 to clean. And our optional services, like our special sanitizer and odorizer, are generally $35. We sometimes have specials. We're happy to discuss. Thanks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can schedule an appointment online, using the link above. Or your can message with Kennedy, our onsite manager, to schedule an appointment. On the day of your appointment, our technician, Bobby, will come to your home. He will inspect the room(s) and determine what steps are needed to leave you satisfied. A typical job takes 1-2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Oxi Fresh process, in use since 2006, is the World's Greenest, saving an estimated 58 gallons of water per home. And because we use less water, your carpet will dry fast, sometimes in 1 hour. Give us a try!
