- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with listening to the customer and understanding exactly what they need. Every home and business is different, so I like to ask questions about the areas they’re concerned about—whether that’s heavy traffic lanes, pet odor, stains, upholstery, or just an overall refresh. From there, I explain the recommended cleaning process, answer any questions they have, and help them know what to expect before the appointment. On the day of service, I do a walkthrough, inspect the carpet or furniture, identify any problem areas, and then get to work using professional equipment and proper cleaning methods. After the cleaning, I go over the results with the customer, share any aftercare tips, and make sure they feel confident and satisfied before I leave. For me, it’s not just about cleaning—it’s about making the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve invested in professional education and hands-on training to make sure I’m delivering the highest level of care possible, and I’m proud to be IICRC Certified. The IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is one of the most recognized standards in the cleaning and restoration industry, and that certification reflects a commitment to proper cleaning methods, safety, and professionalism. My training includes understanding carpet and upholstery fibers, spotting and stain treatment, soil removal, equipment operation, and the correct cleaning processes for different materials and conditions. That matters because using the wrong method can damage carpet, leave residue behind, or cause problems like over-wetting and rapid resoiling. Being IICRC Certified means I’m not just showing up with equipment—I’m bringing industry-backed knowledge to help protect my customers’ flooring, furniture, and overall investment.
