From the start, I was provided with a clear, original quote and a thorough explanation of what to expect in the next steps. Any questions I had were answered in detail, and I received a follow-up call to confirm pricing, with the understanding that a final price would be determined once measurements were taken. There were absolutely no surprises or hidden fees throughout the process.Ernest, who was assigned to clean my carpets, contacted me when he was on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely friendly and professional. He worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning the carpets in my bedrooms. Great customer service! Easy to book the appointment. I was throughly explained how the appointment would go. Ernest called me when he was on his way, super friendly upon arrival and very efficient while he was cleaning our carpets. Already look noticeably cleaner!
