He was very helpful. He not only repaired my computer but also went out of his way offering other computer advice. He is also not very expensive. He seems to do this work because he enjoys it.

Robert is a very honest man who does excellent work with computers. His prices are very very reasonable, especially for the work that he does. He completely repaired my entire laptop (it hadnt worked for me in over a year) and was able to keep all of my important documents that I needed in my laptop. I recommend Robert to any and everybody for their computer needs! Thank you Robert!

Robert responded within an hour. He picked up my computer that afternoon. He gave me and estimate that was accurate. My computer was repaired and returned to me in less than a week. Robert was professional yet friendly and listened to what I had to say about the needed repair of my computer. Absolutely will use his services again when needed and recommend him to friends.

HP 310 Series All in One computer started up but it only flashed the logo for a few seconds and went to black screen. I called Roberts PC Repair and he checked the computer out. He told me that he felt it was an inverter after checking it out. He also said if it wasn't the inverter then it could be the motherboard or the screen. The computer is six years old but a nice computer. I like the computer but decided that if it cost more than $300 to fix, I wouldn't have it fixed. Robert called me and told me if he had my okay he would put a new inverter in and see if that fixed the problem. He told me up front what it would cost. I gave him the okay. He replaced the inverter and that fixed the display problem. He also discovered that the battery needed replaced and replaced the battery. He went above and beyond helping. He is very honest and did an excellent job. It cost me $128 to get my computer fixed. I would highly recommend Roberts PC Repair. Very honest and straight forward and very reasonable price for repair.

Outstanding service dropped my laptop and within 24 hours was running like new. Robert only charged as he stated to check my computer out. He then found the problem repaired it and cleaned up the computer inside and out. He then cleaned up running programs. I would recommend Robert to anyone. You can not beat the service or his personal touch.
