- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will include labor fees as well as a culmination of what is required to complete the job!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to get a vivid picture of what is required and then create a planned project around the customers needs and availability. There will be an automated message first and then a follow from myself to introduce myself and then proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in all of the services that I provide from doing all of these services in my own home and for various other people. I owned a commercial real estate maintenance business some years ago which gave me experience in managing properties in many different forms.
