Meagan and her husband did an awesome job putting up my ceiling fan! they showed up on time, got right to work, and had it done in no time. The fan looks great and works perfectly. Super easy to work with — I’d definitely call them again for anything else I need installed.

Misleading Advertising and Incomplete Work. The owner was very responsive initially. He quoted us for a window repair, sink replacement, faucet repair, and a full residential deep cleaning for a listing. His initial quote was just slightly over budget, but he took the initiative to reach out with an alternative option covering all services. Based on this and positive Thumbtack reviews, we decided to trust him with the project.Unfortunately, the experience did not match the promises. Early on, he admitted he was uncomfortable with the window repair. While I appreciate his upfront honesty, we had to outsource that piece ourselves. The real issue began with the "crew," which turned out to be just one individual who arrived with zero cleaning products and had to leave to buy them.While the worker did a decent job on the areas he actually touched, he skipped multiple rooms entirely. His wife came to help later, but the job remained incomplete. The worker claimed certain stains could not be removed, yet we easily cleaned and removed them ourselves right after. We also had to completely re-clean the oven. "JJ’s Home Improvement and Cleaning Services" uses highly misleading advertising regarding their crew size and capabilities. I love supporting young entrepreneurs, but I cannot recommend this business.
